MOUNTED ASPHALT DISTRIBUTOR
4000L & 8000L
The asphalt distributor device is designed and optimized for installation on the chassis of our customer's existing equipment. The high capacity asphalt storage tank comes in 4000L and 8000L models, both coated with an aluminum silicate heat insulation layer and a thickness of 60mm for good thermal insulation effects. The real advantage of the asphalt distributor is the universal adaptability.

FEATURE
- Italy Riello burner with generator which have high heating efficiency. Optional: full cycle thermal oil heating mode.
- Integrated button control panel, spraying operation can be completed in the cab.
- One key open-type spray bar, real asphalt dual circulation. The removable stainless steel nozzles make spraying width can be adjusted at any length.
- Three overlapping spraying, spraying precise and uniform.
SPRAY BAR
Folding type rear spray bar, up to 39 nozzles and Spray width from 4.5- 6m, each nozzle can be operated by any combination width.
CONTROL PANEL
Integrated button control panel: PTO, asphalt pump, asphalt valve and nozzles can be operated at the cab of truck.
Rear operating platform : Each nozzle can operate separately according to the work environment and easy to maintain.
BURNER
The Italy burner is driven by the generator, so the heating system is separated with the truck, can save 70% of the fuel.
Separated heating system
No need to start the truck engine when heating.
Generator give the power to Burner and Thermal oil pump electric motor (*Optional function), the asphalt can heat up to 210ºC maximum.
PIPELINE AND VALVE
Asphalt filter(with thermal oil system, *Optional function):Filtration before asphalt enters the asphalt pump, Asphalt pump protection
Pipeline with 2 circulate systems : Increase heating speed and connect with hand spray lance system. (5M).
