The WD600 Pipeline Welding Workstation by Universky (Jiangsu) Technologies Co., Ltd. is a compact unit that combines a diesel power generator and welder. It features dual holder functionality and offers multi-functional capabilities to meet oil and gas pipe welding requirements.

• Independent power-frequency generator with auxiliary power output


• AC power output: 1-phase 230V*15A + 230V*15A 6.9kW with two IP66 Australia standard receptacles; 3-phase 400V 30kW with one IP66 Australia standard industrial receptacle


• Weichai 4-cylinder water-cooled 1500rpm industrial diesel engine with electronic speed-control system


• Engine monitoring parameters displayed through gauges or warning lamp indicators


• IGBT inverter soft switch and negative feedback control technologies for optimal performance


• Multiple welding functions including TIG, low hydrogen, cellulose, and self-shielded flux-cored arc welding


• Dual welder setup for single or dual operation
