ABRASIVE VACUUM RECOVERY SYSTEM
Model: N90VR
Designed as two units: main unit and dust removal unit.
Sand suction tank: shot recycling tank. Connect the two units with hoses. All internal electrical parts are installed and connected. User power supply and air supply can be used.
Split sand suction machine is mainly used for sand suction and dust suction in shipbuilding painting plant.
Split-type sand suction machine is designed as the following units according to the installation position of user's painting plant:
- Main unit: vacuum pump, electric motor, silencer.
- Dust removal unit: cyclone dust collector, cartridge dust collector, dust collection hopper, blowing valve.
- Gravity separation sand suction tank: sand suction tank, material leveler.
- Electrical control box: PLC full-automatic programme control. Connect the main unit, dust collector unit and sand suction tank with steel pipe, and connect the electric and gas parts with the electric control box. User power supply, gas supply can be used.
- Core components:
Korean ST250VBF/ST150V Roots vacuum pump main unit.
Large-area high-efficiency filter material cartridge dust collector.

ALLPICATION
A negative pressure pneumatic conveying equipment specially designed for recycling sand blasting granules. It is divided into integral type and split fixed type. Integral sand suction machine is mainly used for sand suction and dust suction for ship special coating. Integral sand suction machine frame is welded by section steel, the upper part is equipped with lugs, the lower part is equipped with forklift holes, so it is extremely easy to move and transport. The internal parts are reasonably arranged, which is both compact and convenient for maintenance.

★Working Principle: After the vacuum sand suction machine starts, under the automatic cycle working condition, the suction nozzle of the vacuum sand suction machine is half-inserted into the sand material, and under the action of the vacuum pump, the air entrapped with the sand material enters into the sand suction pipe through the suction nozzle, and the sand material is separated from the air in the gravity separating sand suction canister, the sand material stays in the sand suction canister, and the air is filtered by the cyclone dust collector and the cartridge dust collector through the vacuum pump, and the muffler is discharged from the exhaust air outlet. When the material in the sand suction tank is full, the material level feedback signal will be sent to the electric control box, and the sand suction machine will stop automatically. The sand in the suction tank is discharged through the automatic sand discharge valve, and the sand discharge time is the interval start time, and the sand suction machine starts automatically after the sand discharge. Under the manual working condition, the machine stops automatically when the material is full, and the sand absorber needs to be started manually, otherwise it will not be switched on again.
★Safety device: STR series vacuum sand absorber has multiple protection functions such as motor overload protection, vacuum overload protection, automatic unloading during startup and shutdown, phase break and phase sequence protection, compressed air underpressure protection, exhaust temperature protection, and so on, in order to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the sand absorber.
