ZXL-7W SELF-LOADING GARBAGE TRUCK

ZXL-7W is a new type of garbage truck developed by our company according to the market demand of sanitation, using the second class automobile chassis produced by Dongfeng Company. It is composed of garbage container, dumping mechanism, lifting mechanism, scraper and skateboard compression mechanism, hydraulic system and electrical system. It has the features of beautiful appearance, comfortable driving, convenient operation, flexible maneuvering, high reliability, low operation cost and high loading efficiency. It is suitable for garbage collection and transfer in cities and towns, and the box adopts ship-shaped bucket structure, which completely solves the problem of sewage dripping and leakage in the process of garbage transportation.

WORK PROCESS

Step 1: Garbage loading

The garbage truck opens the skid and scraper and lifts the bucket to dump the bucket of garbage.

Step 2: Start the skateboard and scraper

The loose garbage is squeezed to the front of the garbage bin, and the slide and scraper are reset and transferred.

 Step 3: Tilting and unloading
According to different collection and transportation modes, the following operation methods are available:

Arrive at the refuse collection point, extend the outriggers, tilt the dumpster, open the skid and scraper, and dump the refuse.

 

3.2
Dock with the medium and large garbage compactor, extend the outriggers, tip over the garbage container, open the skid and scraper, and dump the garbage.

Dock with the medium and large overall station, extend the legs, dump the dumpster, open the skid and scraper, and dump the garbage.
