ZXL-7W SELF-LOADING GARBAGE TRUCK
ZXL-7W is a new type of garbage truck developed by our company according to the market demand of sanitation, using the second class automobile chassis produced by Dongfeng Company. It is composed of garbage container, dumping mechanism, lifting mechanism, scraper and skateboard compression mechanism, hydraulic system and electrical system. It has the features of beautiful appearance, comfortable driving, convenient operation, flexible maneuvering, high reliability, low operation cost and high loading efficiency. It is suitable for garbage collection and transfer in cities and towns, and the box adopts ship-shaped bucket structure, which completely solves the problem of sewage dripping and leakage in the process of garbage transportation.

FEATURE

- Efficiency: Adopting simple structure and reliable performance of rear tipping loading mechanism, the single loading cycle time of the loading mechanism is short and the operation efficiency is high, which is more convenient for operation in narrow streets and districts.
- Compacting device: Adopt skid and scraper compressing device, compressing garbage by skid and scraper, greatly improving garbage loading capacity and reducing operation cost.
- Transfer transportation: Adopt high tilting unloading method, unloading is convenient, which can be docked with large and medium-sized rear-loading compressed garbage truck and mobile compressor station, reducing the time for garbage truck to collect garbage and improving the operation efficiency of garbage truck.
- More loading capacity: The garbage tank has large volume and more loading capacity, which can meet the requirements of most customers.
- Safety: There is a hydraulic support device installed at the rear of the vehicle, which avoids unsafe accidents such as vehicle cocking and tipping when the vehicle is tilted and discharged at a high level.
- Hydraulic system: The mechanism action is controlled by electronically controlled multi-way valve, simple operation and reliable work.
- Electronic control system: The electric control system adopts CAN bus control, special controller, silicone panel and reliable electric components, the feeding mechanism and pressure filling device have automatic cycle function, the feeding mechanism and unloading mechanism and compression mechanism adopt interlocking protection logic control, and optional remote control, the whole vehicle is more convenient and quick to operate, and the performance is more stable.
- The main parts such as garbage container and subframe are made of alloy high-strength steel, with light weight and high strength.

WORK PROCESS
Step 1: Garbage loading
The garbage truck opens the skid and scraper and lifts the bucket to dump the bucket of garbage.
Step 2: Start the skateboard and scraper
The loose garbage is squeezed to the front of the garbage bin, and the slide and scraper are reset and transferred.
Step 3: Tilting and unloading
According to different collection and transportation modes, the following operation methods are available:

Arrive at the refuse collection point, extend the outriggers, tilt the dumpster, open the skid and scraper, and dump the refuse.
3.2
Dock with the medium and large garbage compactor, extend the outriggers, tip over the garbage container, open the skid and scraper, and dump the garbage.
3.3
Dock with the medium and large overall station, extend the legs, dump the dumpster, open the skid and scraper, and dump the garbage.
